.f3d file shows in browser but won't open in F360 - locks up F360

I downloaded this from Grabcad and it locks up F360 when trying to open. Can upload and show in the side panel fine and drawing thumbnail shows up properly and file is identified as .f3d.

My Fusion is up to date.

I have no idea why it would not open either, but I did convert it via A360 to a STEP file.  It is attached as a F3D file saved from that STEP download.  There will be no timeline history.  I hope you can use it.
