I've tried a couple of times to update, but get a failure message. Dialogue log attached.

I followed some instructions but nothing helped.

For your information!
It is a company computer and everything is controlled from our IT. We have our own VPN, etc.
I tried it at home without VPN in my own WLAN. But the same there too. I even tried it in safe Windows mode. It always leads me to the same destination. Namely, it stops in the middle.

@daniel.kurthDWKSK The logs shows that you are on a really old version of Fusion 360. Here is what you can try:

1. Delete the Fusion shortcut that you use to launch Fusion (This is important)
2. Go to Add/remove programs
3. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY

This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Run the repair Fusion from here

This should get you to the latest Fusion 2.0.17457 and also create a new short cut for you. Please let us know if this helps.

Sorry for the late response. But I was on a one week business trip and don't work in the office on my PC.

So today I tried out your tip but also get a timeout session everytime at 24%!?

PS:

I actually want to try to avoid uninstalling Fusion completely. Not that I won't be able to install it at all afterwards.

The instructions which you're sent were the instructions I tried before.

I have now uninstalled the program after all. And lo and behold, the installation breaks off as feared.

I will now contact my internal IT service. I think this is where the problem lies....
