F360 Not Utilizing CPU in Design, Uses all the CPU in Render- How to Let Design Use More CPU?

I was just wondering if there was a way that I can let design use more CPU, as I know F360 can use more CPU space.  When I am in Design F360 uses less than 5% of the available CPU even when it gets hung up on something and freezes, but when I switch to an in-window render it uses the full CPU.   I don't think it is an issue with F360 using only one core as it would still be using more than 5% of my 8 core CPU.  Any way to let the design function of Fusion 360 use all the resources I have?   Thank You

it is not possible.  Most of the geometry algorithms that are used in modeling are inherently single-threaded, and so are limited to run on one CPU.  Many of these algorithms are more than 30 years old, and predate widely-available multi-CPU machines.  So, until someone rewrites all those millions of lines of code to be multi-threaded, this is not likely to change.
