F360 Forgetting User Settings?

Greetings!

I occasionally switch between PCs when using F360 doing most of my involved designs on an older Main PC and then some light work from either a Couch PC or a Laptop when in the Basement while near my CNC.

For the longest time I've noticed F360 forgetting or resetting some but not all of my User Preferences like Icons I've pinned/unpinned to/from the Ribbon Bar reverting back to their default state or Material Favorites setup in the Physical Materials Window vanishing.

Any idea what is up with that? 🤔

The two things you list are not equally stored in the cloud and available to all machines you log into.

• Physical and Appearance Material favorites - not stored in cloud
• Tool bar customizations - stored in cloud
• My Appearances - stored in cloud

It's rare these days, but if on any computer you find your UI is reset to the default buttons, or favorite materials are missing*, please collect your logs and let us know here in the support forum.

*if you uninstall you can remove machine specific items that are not stored in the cloud

** Appearance materials can be added to My Appearances, which is stored in the cloud, but not physical materials

Where would I find these logs to include in the future?

Me too - again today.  About the 3rd time I've noticed this - all my pinned shortcuts etc reset.  Very frustrating.

@Phil.E  Pretty sure toolbar customisation is not stored on the cloud or never has been for me! Also good job it's not as the layout on my main PC would not work well on my laptop with a smaller screen.
