F360 crashes whenever try to update derived components in file

The following file needs updating:

https://myhub.autodesk360.com/ue29a4968/shares/public/SH919a0QTf3c32634dcfb15b506b35d69d3e

Whenever I attempt to do so, F360 crashes. The components that require updating have been inserted by "derive" and their insertion is the very first step in the timeline. Have been trying to fix this for a number of days. Any suggestions much appreciated.

(The file from which the derive comes is the following:

It's not the same issue at all. The OP issue is currently thought to be fixed, but requires more testing before it can be part of an update.

Does it happen with only this one model, or any model? Can you share one of these designs? That will help debug the crash.

Hi Phil,

I've done some more experimenting and it appears to be only 1 body that is causing the crash.  I've imported other bodies and components, in the current file, and other files as well, without issue.

The screenshot below shows the particular body that is causing the crash when I import it into another file.  I did export the body as a .step, re-imported it, and inserted it into the file I am working on, and that process works fine (It is just a few extra steps and I lose the associativity I was trying to keep).

I'm unable to share the file publicly, but we do have NDAs in place with Autodesk.  If you need a file sent to you, please email me and I can send you the file in that manner.

Thank you.
