F360 Browser List Missing when Switching Application on MAC

Look at the screen video captured here.   I keep having the "Browser" portion of the F360 design space disappear when I temporally click off to another application and come back to F360.  This has been going on for at least 2 years with Mac Monterey and Ventura 13.0.1 (currently updated to all the latest version of Mac OS and F360 as of this posting date).

Below is the link to my video on the behavior.  I apologize for the frustrating tone, but this needs to be fixed.  It doesn't matter which application I switch off to, when I come back to Fusion 360, the browser in the Design space is missing on the screen.

This is clearly a bug.  I spent an hour trying to get someone at Autodesk on the phone to report it and failed.  Can someone suggest a method of reporting this bug to someone at Autodesk, not some user here on the forum?  Please advise.

OK, I reported this to the Fusion team with a bug report.  After a few days I received the following email back from them:

I went through your description and had a look at your video as well. The issue that you reported has already been logged as a bug with our development team and they are working on it to address it in the upcoming updates.

For now, you may use one of the following workarounds:

  • Use full-screen mode for Fusion 360 instead of secondary desktop space.
  • Only use Fusion 360 on the main Mac desktop space.
  • Launch any additional application on the secondary desktop space to bring back the browser tree.
