Extrude tool automatically decides distance (is this a bug?)

UPDATE: The extrude distance seems to be determined by the previous extrude action, but only distances that are manually typed in, not when the "arrow is pushed/pulled". I can see how this may be helpful, but for me this is really not. Is this a feature I can turn ON and OFF? It seems a bit silly.

So I will keep this quick. I have been using Fusion 360 for a few months and have never had this issue. It seems to have just appeared and will not go away. I have tried resetting my PC and making sure Fusion 360 is fully updated.

When selecting the Extrude tool, I then select the face I want to extrude, and then Fusion 360 assumes I want to extrude -19mm. It is always -19mm, which is a cutting operation. The only thing I can think of is that I hit a command without knowing, or that this is a bug. I use 19mm operations quite a bit, since 19mm (3/4 inch) is very common in woodworking, but Fusion 360 is annoying me with this little bug.

(I uploaded a screen recording of this bug, as well as the file I am currently working on. Although this bug is happening across all files, not just this one)

Any thoughts?

Yes, it has been reported quite a few times and they are working on an update to correct it.

I hope so! This feature would be cool if it could be turned on and off, but a bit of a hinderance if it's constantly active.

Thank you for the update on this.
