Extrude changes with constrained sketch

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where an extrusion doesn't update correctly and can't figure out why.
The sketch is constrained and when I extrude it is correct, but when I click okay, the extrusion changes.

What am I doing wrong here.

Does this explain it?  I am showing the shelf, in question, and the Rear Panel in a Sectional Analysis.  You have a Joint holding the shelf in position, when you edit it the sketch moves to the original created position and then jumps back when you finish.
