See screen capture first.

Bodies 1 & 4 are lost during the creation of body 9. As you can see , when I start extrude and begin to type to find the user parameter I want it, jumps to one that I am not going to use. This automatically cuts two entire bodies away (1 & 4). Once I key down to the parameter I want (this then changes from a 'cut' to a 'New Body' command), bodies 1 & 4 are still missing. Once the function is completed and the dialogue box closed, the bodies are still missing and cannot be retrieved by toggling the visibility on and off. The only way to make them return is by re-running the whole timeline.

My expectation of course would be that once I had keyed down to the parameter I was looking for in the list, the two initially cut away bodies would re-appear.

Your attached model cannot be opened because it was probably created in the Insider Edition of Fusion, the version is newer than the currently released version.  I suggest you post your question to the Insider Forum.

Unfortunately I won't be able to look at your model.

I don't use the Insider version for a number of reasons!
