Exported dxf wrong (spline)

Hello,

I have a simple 2D sketch I'm trying to export to dxf.  When I do the resulting dxf has errors related to some spline lines.  I've viewed the dxf in a number of other CAD programs, as well as reimporting it back into Fusion 360, and all display the image the same.

Sketch in Fusion 360:

Here shown in Solid Edge 2D

The lines circled in red are not in their correct position, they should be offset from the other lines by 1".

Here is the dxf imported back into Fusion 360, same problem:

My workflow: I drew a spline, used the offset tool to create another 1" away.  Then deleted segments of it, used the line tool to close the paths to the remaining spline segments, to end up with what you see in the Fusion 360 screenshot.  Below is a screenshot of the original spline and offset before deleting the segments.

I've attached the Fusion 360 file.  Did I do something wrong?

Thanks

I managed to work around it by creating a second sketch and projecting the geometry into that sketch.  When I export the second sketch the DXF is formatted correctly.
