Export not opening on windows 10

When i go to file - export it doesn't open any windows and seems to crash if i try a few times.

Is this a new issue where it used to work?

Has it never worked?

Have you rebooted the computer and the behavior persists?

Does the behavior persist if you create a new file with only a cube or cylinder?

Is it the same problem I had here where the windows Save As dialog doesn't show?

Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling which fixed the issues.. I seem to always have issues when an updates asks to restart the program. after the restart a lot of menus don't work.
