Export Issues

Hello all,

So i have been working with a manufacturing plant that primarily uses parasolid File types.  I have sent IGES files to them in the past and they have converted just fine for them.  Recently though any file type I send to them is exporting circles as Splines instead of arcs so there is no center hole mark for them to use.  I have tried remaking the model completely  thinking there was something that I did in my first model that cause an issue but the problem persisted.  Just wonder what would be causing this and if there is any solution out there.  I know that they have worked in the past but in the last month something seemed to change and I can't figure out why.

Can you share a test file that has the problem? Really need the original f3d could include the iges as well. If you're using iges I guess they're extracting the edges from the solid model?

Just did a simple test exporting an iges file then import the iges in Fusion. Created a plane and sketch, project edge and I get a circle. Think they might need to check their import setting if this test works for you. If it doesn't work you need to check your holes are perpendicular the the face they are in and any plane they are projected to.
