Please attach your model which you are trying to export.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

This error normally only happens if you are working without history enabled and using export from the file menu.

The export will work if you right click the top node in the browser and select export or save as mesh. You do still get a warning if you try saving to STP, IGS etc. but any Brep bodies will still export. Meshes should export OK without any warnings done this way.

doing what you suggest, "stl" does not show in the Export options.

Update: When I turned on History I was able to export as an stl.
