Explore Generative Results not working

Hello to all, i am a user of Fusion 360 Generative Design, i have completed at least 1 case study and several tutorials on the Generative Design workspace, at that time i was able to generate at least 10 different proposals.

Now i am trying to do the same with a simple bracket geometry, everything goes well on the generative design process, in fact i have at least three jobs completed (attached image) but when i click on "View Outcomes" i just got a gray window with only one option to finish the explorer, nothing is listed there (attached image as well), so i am not able to complete the generative design study.  

 

Could you please help me on this? I have a project that i need to complete by Thursday morning this week.

Thanks for sharing the file. I'll provide you an update later today.

About the problem you have reported in this post, this is probably due to the fact that there are URLS that are blocked by your firewall.

Please, try to apply the suggestions you see in the link below, making sure client.launchdarkly.com and mobile.launchdarkly.com are whitelisted if you have a corporate firewall.

Thanks Alessandro. This time I tried to open the generative design results on my personal computer and I was able to see them. You were right, the issue was related to the firewall on my  other laptop (company owned).  Regards.
