Expired evaluation version - cannot activate the personnal use license

Hello,

I have installed the Fusion360 evaluation version, which expired after a month.

Now I would like to continue using Fusion360 with a personal license (as I want to use it for hobby at home).

I followed, the various procedures around, clear cache, reinstall fusion ... but I still get the message "Expired: Subscribe Now". So I just wonder if what I want to do is possible ? My mistake being not activating the personal use license straight from the begining.

Any idea ?

Have you ever signed up for the Fusion 360 Personal License?  If not, you need to do this.  If so and your Personal License has expired, you need to apply for a renewal every year.  You are not real clear on how you proceed to this point.

Edit: Regardless of the process you use, follow the process to the Letter.

Yes I signed up for the Fusion 360 Personal License, downloaded the installer and even completely reinstalled Fusion after reboot. Also tried all steps above in a private browser window as I have seen advides somewhere in the support pages.

You have not given a time frame for all of your actions.  It takes up to 3 hours for a Personal license to be activated.  After that, you have to log out of Fusion 360 and log in again to activate it.  Please note, you will start out with a Fusion 360 Full Subscription version for 30 days and then you will switch to a Personal License.

I had 24 hours for my last trial, few hours for the first one.

Thanks for confirming that it starts with the full subscription for 30 days, that's what I had and I thought I subscribed originaly to the wrong plan.

Thanks for this other procedure, unfortunately it still doesn't work for me (I wait for 36 hours before signin again).

I will try to get Autodesk checking what is wrong with my account.
