Error while logging - Fusion 360

fallha fusion 360.pngThis message is a constant, it is very difficult to be able to work with this software. Is there any way to work offline? How to solve this chronic problem? If it shows up 1x the rest of the day, you can not work with the software.

welcome to Fusion 360 Community Forum! I have the following questions:

  1. Was it the first time you launched Fusion 360 after an installation?
  2. Does this message appear constantly when you try to launch Fusion 360, or has it started displaying just recently?
  3. In case you managed to launch Fusion 360, have you been getting notifications about an unexpected outage?

The first time I tried to use it, right after the installation, this
problem happened.
Then I went back to the site and logged into my account, but it still did
not work.
I turned off the computer and a few hours later, I called, tried to open
the software and it worked perfectly.
I used it several times yesterday, no problem.
Today I could not get out of this login error screen.
What should I do to be able to use the software?
