Good afternoon, I tried all the options to solve this problem. Nothing helped. I’m sending my logs. Please use my translator for my English.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community!

It's possible that you need to set time synchronization with the Internet in time/data configuration of windows (I'm seeing a timestamp_mismatch in your web services logs). Have you tried doing this already? Here are some instructions on setting the Operating System to reflect the correct date\time, Timezone and Daylight Savings Time

If this doesn't help, you can also look through the suggestions on this article, in particular the "Network/Server Issues" section.

Let me know if any of this works,

Hi @Anonymous,

I didn't see any screenshots attached?

Have you tried configuring your proxy server and firewall for Fusion 360? Access to the online services for Fusion 360 is required. A proxy server, firewall, or anti-virus software may be interfering with the normal operation, more information here

If that doesn't work- I have a couple of questions:

  1. Has Fusion 360 successfully been launched from the same network and computer before and now is not working?
  2. Is this your first time signing into Fusion 360?
  3. Have you recently changed your email for your Autodesk account?

Good luck and let me know!
