Hi everybody I have made some parts and they were rejected in QC due to a to Big chamfer at the bagside og the part. I didn't underetage how this could happen, everything els was according to the 3D file. After looking carefully at the program I discoverede that it was the roughing that made the chamfer to big at the bagside, and that the chmfer at the frontside was a lot smaller after roughing operation. Then I discovered that there was no G42 and G40 in the roughing cyklus, therefore it didn't use radius compensation, but it was posted as in controll I have test it on a HAAS ST20Y next generation, and a Okuma LB2000MY It is the same problem for both Machines. It is only a problem with the roughing cyclus. The finish cyclus works fine and post the it with G42 and G40. du to the machine runs without radius compensation, the finish Tool has a lot og material to remove at the frontside chamfer, but at the bagside the roughing Tool has alredy removed too much material. I belive it is an errror in Fusion 360 Hopefully it Will be fixed soon so that it works af good as it does when I use Gusion 360 for milling.

I use Fusion for my Doosan Lynx quite frequently, and have not encountered this issue. Can you share a Fusion file?
