Error in extrude after changing sketch dimensions

I am having a problem. I am making a f1 in schools car and I changed to sketch dimensions then it started saying an error in extrude. Please help me ASAP.

Please share the file.

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach it to the next post.

Edits to the sketch likely changed altered or removed some sketch profiles used in the Extrude.

Edit the Extrude feature, and confirm / select the new sketch profile/s
