Errno 22 Invalid Arguement on Install

I have downloaded the personal use version of Fusion 360. During install, at the end of the setup I get the "errno 22 invalid argument" message. I've gone through multiple troubleshooting methods from the forum and none have worked. I uninstalled, deleted the webdeploys folders, disabled virus and firewall protections, cleared SSL, set control panel to "never notify", and have run the installer as administrator. I've had the program on this computer in the past but uninstalled it. Recently, I upgraded to Windows 11 before attempting the new install. I have uploaded the log file from my most recent attempt.

Thank you for the response @dsouzasujay. I realized after looking over all the steps again that I did not delete the Fusion shortcut icon on my desktop. I didn't recognize it was there because it had the sheet of paper icon in it's place.
