Errno 13

I m trying to reinstall Fusion 360 but every time at 99% it stops and i m getting the Errno13 message.

I stoped the Kaspersky, no success. My System is an updated WIN 11 64.

Is there any successful solution?

Unfortunately, that doesn't really help.
First I tryed to repair Fusion then i uninstalled Fusion and now there is no chance to download. The process stops at 99% and I m getting the Errno 13 Message. Sad
