Errno 13

I am trying to install fusion on my Mac (OS Sonoma 14.5), but I keep getting the Errno 13 message even after I've followed the steps to reset my computer, check directory permissions, and turn off my antivirus. Can someone help me?

Thanks for sharing log and screenshot. 
Look like some of process is holding Autodesk Fusion.app directory. Simple suggestion is reboot your PC and try again. If still does not solve this case, I suggest try install again after remove below app and folder. 
1.  /Users/{YourID}/Applications/Autodesk Fusion.app

2.  /Users/{YourID} /Library/Application Support/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/b0342c71c957b534dd1f17522ad0b16911522879/
