Errno 13 Message while Installing

Had no problem whatsoever before.

However, Fusion 360 decided to stay offline so I thought I'd just reinstall it. But now I'm faced with Errno 13.

The logged in user lacks permissions to the computer for the installation to succeed. Either add permissions to the current user or log in with a user account that has Administrator permissions.
