You can download the Fusion 360 installer from this link. Use the icon shown in the screen capture to start the download if it does not automatically. The installer is just the front end for a web deployed application so you have to have a compatible internet connection to use it. What operating system are you using? If Windows, make sure your are use TLS v1.2 protocol.

I showed you in my last post, the screen capture of Windows Internet Options. Internet Options dialog is found in your Windows Control Panel. The TLS v 1.2 check box is under Security in the Internet Options Advanced Tab.
