Environment Themes need customizable element colours

I am having an issue with the colourization of the provided Environment themes, particularly with sketches.

The "Dark Sky" Environment does away with the dimensional line colours, so everything is all white lines and it's very difficult to navigate complex sketches and plots of items that require a lot of dimensioning for layout. This goes for "Tranquility Blue" as well.

The "Grey Room" Environment does the colourization part better, but the background is far too bright and has really bad contrast and is evil to the eyeballs.

Can we get a simple colour picker to create and save custom theme profiles that are saved to the cloud/acct as some sort of exportable file as well so people can share them? I would like to create my own customized colour palette that works best for my monitor calibration.

Right now I prefer the "Grey Room" for actually doing any kind of work, but if I stare at it too long, I need to switch to something like Dark sky to relax my eyes from blurring.

I guess this is a disability accommodation for some, but I just have somewhat bad eyesight at certain times of the day.

I have the same issues, usability and eyestrain.

I find I am having to switch back between River Rubicon for the model workspace and dark sky for sketching so I can see the lines.

Having a bit more control over fonts & colors for those of us who don't have perfect eyesight would be beneficial.
