Entire design used inch values in mm units How to fix?

I was following the tutorials on youtube. Should have been in inches units but I was in mm. how would I fix this

i am 11 and it took me 5 hours to the tutorial i was doing to realize this mistake.

I am assuming you are working in the model sketch environment.  You can change the units at any time and not affect your model (or sketch) size, the dimensions will update only.  In the attached Screencast (no sound), I have a metric sketch of a square, 101.4 on each side.  I change to inches and as you can see the dimensions change but the rectangle size does not.  Now I you are not constraining and dimensions your model sketch completely then you may see some change.

It's should be 1.57 inches . I entered inch dimensions in mm unit. My pencil sharpener is so small.

This is different from what I understood was you problem.  For this issue you will need to use the Scale command.
