Entire Assembly is Trasnparent

I am sure this is an easy one to solve, but I am looking at my entire assembly and regardless of what display setting I choose, every part has a transparency to it, how do I turn that off?

It sounds as if you have activated a possibly empty component.  Can you post a screen capture, screencast, or the model itself on this thread?

I activated the main nod at the top of my browser, however the entire model still has transparency to it, see attached, I cannot show the entire model.
