Emails dont send when Fusion 360 files are attached

Hi, I've had a recent issue which I don't seem to remember having before where whenever I send an email on Outlook with a fusion 360 (.f3d) file attached, the recipient doesn't receive it. It shows in my sent folder but there is no evidence of it on the other side.

I wondered if it was due to the size of the file so put it in a zip folder but this didn't work either.

I've got around it by sending files on teams but I would like a fix prefereably.

I would be grateful for any help/advice on this, thanks.

I sent Fusion 360 files as attachments in Outlook.com emails all the time.  If the file is too large, it should respond back to that fact.
