email verification

I keep getting a message in dashboard that I have been sent an email that I need to confirm

I can't find this email anywhere. Can somone explain what bthis is?

Hello, 

I am having the same issue I believe.

I have installed the application with a education license, but when I try to open the application I get this email verification message, which never sends the email.
