Email Verification Problem

One of our users at the shop is locked out of using Fusion. Keeps telling him he needs to verify his email. When we click send email, it says sent. But we never get anything. Not in our spam folder, nothing. 

 

We've tried doing this from Fusion and from account management online. 

 

Any help would be great.

Let me check in with our team and see if I can verify if the email has successfully been sent as well as if we can toggle manually on our end. Can you PM (or post) the email address that is in question?

Dear James,

 

One of our Fusion customers is facing with the same problem. He can log in without any problem in his worklpace, but his home PC keeps asking for the verifictation.

Can you please check his adress please?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

So - using the same email address, his home computer asks him to manually verify, but at work it does not? Does he see the verification warning when he visits A360?

Follow the below steps

  1. On your computer, open GMAIL You can't change your username from the Gmail app.
  2. In the top right, click on the icon (probably your photo).
  3. Click My Account.
  4. On My Account window click “Personal info & privacy”.
  5. On “Your personal info” section click the “Arrow” next to your name.
  6. On next window click “Pencil Icon” and update your name.
  7. At the bottom, click “Done”.

IF these steps are not working then call on Gmail Support Number

We have the same problem with a colleague of mine. His account is working and he can sign in, view parts etc on his phone but he cannot install and use Fusion on his computer. He never gets the account verification email, tried many times but nothing.
