Electronics Schematic window is solid black on browser version

The schematic window is nothing but pure black on the browser version of Fusion 360 for me. Adding a component results in it being added but not visible. (I can tell because when I try to make a box selection it normally tells me that there is nothing inside it, but after "adding" a part it doesn't). Could this have something to do with the servers that the web version is being run on?

As far as I can tell this is a persistent issue. Reloading into the program does not fix the problem. I've seen other posts on here about incompatible graphics drivers and such, and I wonder if this is related. I haven't tried on different devices, but I don't think that will change it. It's very annoying to not have access to this feature on the online version. Is anyone else with an education license able to confirm that they have this problem too?
