Educational License Loading Machine and Tool Library

Can anyone tell me why in the educational licences of Fusion 360 I'm not able to access the menu items in the Machine and Tool Libraries? See my attached screenshot to see what I'm referring to.

You have your filter on the left set to 'All' which will not allow you to use the functions within the tool library. Narrow down your scope to say Cloud or Local and they should work just fine.

To add to what @ryan.bales said, you can also select for tool categories on the right hand side to expand your editing possibilities.

Thanks for the responses. This worked. I did have it set to all.
