Educational account now only logs on offline

The account is not expired. Every time I attempt to open fusion it is always in offline mode. I followed the solution to delete the offline.xml file, didn’t solve the issue. Tried opening fusion with another account that as not educational, the odd thing is, no matter how I log on Autodesk.com, the fusion app always opens with educational account in offline. Mode. This happens on different computers, different browsers and different login accounts. Talked with Autodesk support chat, nothing they suggested worked. They confirmed the licenses I had on the two accounts were both active. Looking for a solution to running fusion online with the account that has the educational license, so as to not lose access to the project files, even if that means opening a non educational account with the same email account.
