Education Licensee not working properly

My education subscription randomly stopped working and i cant figure out why it he ED page it says its valid untill Sep 4th 2024, but inside of Fusion 360 and my product page it says i have no licensees. when i attempt to click the get license button on fusion it brings me to the lab install page. This all randomly stopped working about a week and a half ago.
