Education license has expired.

My three year education license has expired, it says term has expired. 

I have pressed the buy now, qualify for educational option, re validated my license, requested contact, live chatted with two support consultants (Vijay and Naresh).

Still nothing has worked, this process should be far simpler.

I see that you currently have 4 cases open with the education support team. One was closed due to not receiving a response. The chat you started has transitioned to a case and Naresh is working on getting this issue resolved. You will be hearing from them once the extensions has been completed.

I tried that.   not much help.

First person knew nothing.  (and even suggested odd reasons).. 

Running Win 7  (mixed up that MS is dropping support. but that F360 DOES till work on Win7)  (sigh)

Told me email was not found or associated with an account?  (whaaaat?  I logged in to my account, manager area, and even F360 itself the first boot)

No clue what to do now.. (abandon F360 for ever?)

I am a retired professional licence Engineer. I was qualified to get Auto-cad software  to help some young Architect to learn  how to make structural plan and details. I do this for free, I am 84 year old, I like to do something before I go.

I start use AUTOCAD since 2004, but I still think I am a  beginner i wish I can get reinstate the licence of AUTOCAD  ARCH. 2014 AND AUTOCAD ARCH. 2018  THANK YOU
