education licence account has basic access set, cant write files

education licence granted  3 nov 22 all working as expected. no basic access  flag. able to write files.

morning of 01/12/22 showing orange basic access flag top right corner.

top left corner showing education licence.

profile user logged in has education licence.

but the  team account top right data pain  is a different user now with personnel licence. dont know how this happened.

because team account has personal licence showing basic access.  cant change team account as no privileges.

need the team account to have education licence maybe changed to same name as logged in profile user.

all files needed are save to local pc.

so screen shot showing basic access which needs removing.
