I printed the attached model and found that the slots were not long enough, so tried to modify them. I managed to draw the required size but do not know how to complete the task! That is, how to remove the sections of the slot that are now not required. Any assistance please, as I am a total newbie with Fusion 360,

Attached screen shot, not yet conversant with screencast!

Thanks G

Hi,

Please share the file and show on a screenshot what to do.

File > export > save as f3d locally  > attach it to the next post.

Hi,

I didn't get a chance to deal with it at the weekend.
Here is a screencast and the modified file.
I have removed the slots and created new ones.
The dimensions would have to be checked.

Hi Gunther,
Thank you very much for your screen cast and I will study it over the next
few days to try and understand what you did ! I am trying to slow it dowb
so that I can observe the key strokes.

Thank you again for your time.
regards
George
