Editing issue - All documents are marked as Read-Only but Fusion says 10 of 10 documents reached

My Fusion says I have 10 of 10 editable documents used but all documents are marked as "Read-Only". When I click on the "My Editable Documents" tab, nothing shows up. The refresh indicator just spins. I can no longer save any new work because of this.
