Editing a scanned image for 3D printing

Hello,

I have CT scanned a plastic device, converted the resultant DICOM files to .stl file format, which I would like to edit/sculpt into a better design, and then 3D print. How can I go about getting technical assistance for this procedure in Fusion 360?

Thank you!

P.S., by "edit/sculpt" I mean crop out the imaging artifacts, and introduce geometrically straight and curved lines where the current scanned design has rough edges.
