Editable project that cannot be deleted

"A few days ago, I deleted a project from the editables that I no longer needed; however, it never disappeared and is still showing up with the name 'spool' as shown in the attached photo. I need help to remove it. Thank you.

@luisarnauth3 Please do the following. 

• Launch Fusion
• Go Offline (manual switch)
• Close Fusion
• Rename the %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<User ID>\login__ActiveDocuments file (OR) \AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<user ID> login__ActiveDocuments file
• Launch Fusion
• Editable Document list should be empty
• Mark a single document editable
• Go Online
