Edit multiple similar components simultaneously?

I'm coming from the SketchUp world, primarily doing design for woodworking.  I've been learning the app for just a. short while and I'm highly impressed with Fusion 360 and the increased capabilities it has compared to SketchUp.

One feature I love about SketchUp is the ability to have multiple components that are derived from one original drawing and when I make a change to one component that change is seen in all of them.  For example, when designing a table with four legs, I would draw one leg, make it a component, then copy it to the opposite side and flip the component along the appropriate axis.  I would  then copy both to the opposite side again and flip their axes.  Then, when I put a hole, fillet, chamfer or mortise in one leg, they all received the same feature in the correct orientation for the table.  So if I made a mortise in one leg for the skirt, the mortise would show up immediately in the other legs pointing in the right direction.

Is there such a feature in Fusion?  I'd rather not have to repeat my efforts over and over again for the same feature but just in a different place.  Maybe it's right in front of me and I'm just not seeing it.

Thanks for any help!

You can do that in Fusion just by mirroring and selecting Components as the pattern type. Then if you want to add a feature to all copies roll the timeline back before the first mirror and add the feature. You also have the option to modify after the mirror and only modify the individual copies.

Thank you, Mark.  That is a help, for sure.  How about the Fusion 360 version of SketchUp's flip along an axis?  Is there a way to do that?

By fip do you mean mirror a component\body without creating a copy? No you can't really do that but with your example why not create the copies using mirror?

In screencast below notice how adding a hole at the end of the timeline only edits the first leg but you can drag it back before the mirror so all legs have the hole. Or you can roll the timeline back and modify before the mirrors.
