Edge when combining shapes

Hi,

I made a half U bend through sweep and then used the command 'plane tangent to face at point' to add a sphere there that I then split through the construction plane, thereafter I combined the shapes and mirrored them. In fusion it looks fine but the print got this line between the end of the U shape and the half sphere, looking closely it can be seen in the file as well. Does anyone know why this is and if there is anything to do about it?

Kind Regards,

Sofia

Adding to below, the line appears when adding an offset on all faces (even if as little as +0,2mm)

Kind Regards,

Sofia

Your Sphere appears to have a different diameter to the Sweep, and it is not a tangent connection.

I would place the Sphere, or Revolve semi circle, on the Sweep path, to use it in the Sweep..

Attaching the File, May allow better assessment of the problem.

Is your Sweep Profile perpendicular to the Sweep Path?

File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here and end all doubt.
