DXF will not import

Trying to insert a DXF file into a new file for a job and it is failing.  I went to a DXF viewer online and it come up, so I know the file contains the profiles I would expect.  DXF File is attached.

I upgraded your DXF, it had a few errors.  Try the attached file on your system, it opens on mine.  I will also attach the .f3d file.  Name of both my files are different.

Great!  I definitely works now.  Looks like the scale is correct too.

I don't know what customer was using to create the DXF, but It may be some older software.

I just ran a diff on the two files... I can tell you certainly did not do those changes by hand.  Just out of curiosity what software did you use to repair the DXF?
