DXF Sketches not Importing Correctly

I am trying to use a very basic DXF as basis for a sketch. The circles are not inserting into fusion properly, and are appearing quite jagged and distorted in my sketch, as well as the extruded bodies. I am aware that it would be simple to just redraw this manually in fusion itself, but at this point I am just trying to figure out what would be causing this. Attached are two dxf files (one with circles, one with arc polylines, both create the same issue for me. I have also attached a screenshot showing how my sketches are appearing in fusion.

Is this a graphics issue? Or is my DXF corrupted?

The problem is likely coming from the application that created the DXF files.

I used civil3d to save this as a dxf. I would think civil3d would be able to create a simple circle dxf without issue for use in fusion. Thanks for the reply, I will look into other options.
