DXF Insert Fails After Recent Update

After an update a few months back, the import DXF functionality has stopped working altogether on multiple computers we have at our shop. I believe it started with the update that changed the way you browse for a DXF to first open the dialog to allow you to select a file from your cloud.

The exact error is "Fails to insert this DXF file!" This is the same issue other forum users have posted about in the past few months. There is no additional info given with this error. A very similar error occurs when attempting to upload a DXF to the cloud file beforehand instead.

Here's a few things I've tried:

-Updating graphics drivers (both game ready and studio versions, neither worked)

-Downgrading graphics drivers

-Unchecking the "High-resolution canvas graphics on high DPI displays"

-Disabling the "High DPI scaling" option in preview features

-Clean installing Fusion 360

This happens with every DXF we have tried, even ones made and exported from Fusion 360 itself, so there is nothing wrong with our DXF files. Both computers this stopped working on are desktops with NVidia graphics cards (GTX 1650 and GTX 1050), so maybe there is some correlation there. We have one laptop that is still able to insert DXF's.

I will include a DXF I drew and exported from Fusion right now as an example.

The DXF you attached imported just fine.  You are using Insert DXF under the Insert tool menu?  The file saved after importing is attached.  I am running a Nvidia graphics card as well.

Give one of my DXF files a try.  It is attached.

I've seen a few posts about this problem over the last month or so as well. I'm sure someone fixed their problem by updating a couple of libraries. One was .NET but I can't remember what the other one was. You might have to search the forum for the last couple of months to see if you ca find the thread.

Yes I primarily use the "Insert DXF" option. Once this issue started I also tried just uploading the DXF and opening it then, but that still doesn't work.

The DXF you attached gives me the same exact error.
