dxf file can get a closed loop

I am still new to this, I cant get this dxf file to give me the orange shadding even after checking with sketch checker & "join the Dots" app can anyone tell me why or am I missing something!

Hi,

the sketch could not be outsmarted in Fusion.

So I repaired it in V-Carve-Pro to put it back into fusion.

but I dont under stand why it is a problem & how will i fix this myself if I get a simallar issue with other DXF files I create?
