dxf export scale issue 1:10

I have exported a DXF of a sketch 2d drawing to dxf for laser cutting. Exported and opened in fusion to make sure it was ok. Everything opened to scale.

Now, when I send it off to others for laser cutting the scale is 1:10. So instead of 1000mm their drawing is coming out as 100mm. I have sent dxf files from another program and they opened them just fine, to scale, but file exported from fusion are 1:10. I need it to be 1:1

Any suggestion?

I guess you've from the cloud, not using Save As DXF when you right click a sketch in Fusion's browser? If you use Save As DXF Fusion will save in whatever units the document is in at that time. Exports from the cloud are always in CM and the units are set in the file but sounds like your software isn't reading the units info.

I can see that saving individual dxf files or each sketch works for the scale issue.

But I need to have multiply sketches as different layers in the dxf I use for CNC routing.

Exporting to DXF from the file menu creates a layer for each sketch but results in the units being changed to centimetres, which is problematic if everybody is expecting a different unit.

I believe this issue should be sorted out by autodesk ASAP. I can't imagine that can be to hard.

I agree that this is an issue. I need multiple layers of sketches when we are required to etch on our laser.
