DWG fails to translate in Fusion, but is viewable in Fusion Web/Team area

I have received a DWG file containing a 3D model. I can open it fine in Fusions Teams/Web page.

But it fails to process in Fusion, meaning I cannot use it in a Fusion design.

Is the problem with the DWG file, or are there any settings I can tweak somewhere?

18mb is HUGE for a .dwg file! Ok I have just looked at via CorelDraw and I think I can safely say it is no use to you in Fusion.

This area is less than  1mmX1mm
