Drop-Down Menus on Navigation Bar Not Working

Recently, the dropdown menus on the Navigation Bar (Display Settings, Grid and Snaps, Viewports) have not been opening. I've tried to right- and left-click them, but nothing has worked so far. This wouldn't be much of a problem, except for the fact that the Ctrl commands for shaded, shaded with lines, etc. aren't working either. The lines are nice, but they get in the way of seeing what I'm trying to do and it would be great if we could find a way to stop that from happening. Thanks in advance for answering my questions!

When I click a menu, it just highlights itself and does nothing.

Right now, everything is set to default and that’s my main problem. Ever try to view a project and think, “there are way too many lines”? Yeah, that’s how Fusion 360 has been for about a month. All I need is a way to go from default to shaded and I’ll be good.

For whoever faces this, try to reduce the size of the fusion 360 window. The menu is just overflown below the screen
