Drop down menu doesn't select items

Hi, I've been learning 3d modeling for a few months now, and have had a lot of fun pairing it with my 3d printer to bring my designs to life! Unfortunately, recently, Fusion360 has started to freak out on me. In the past, everything worked pretty much how I expected it to, and that was with me using 3 different monitors. Now, however, none of the menus want to work with me. Normally if I click on a drop down menu, it would highlight the options as I mouse over them. Now, it will only SOMETIMES highlight the items and cause the new menu to drop down if I mouse over the name of the item. If the item has an additional sub-menu (like circles), it won't highlight any of those items until after I click and hold down on them, and I certainly can't pin any new items to my task-bar, which can get quite annoying. Additionally, my cursor won't show back up in the workspace until after I click somewhere in it, which can make snapping and getting the right dimensions a major pain. The only way I can get that working now is to select the tool I want, click somewhere, cancel it with escape, then right click and redo the operation with my mouse now capturing properly. I recorded a quick video so you can see what I mean. I'm on windows 10 64 bit, a gtx 1080ti, 1 1080p monitor right now, as I moved my desktop into the living room for some VR, and the most up to date version of fusion360 I could find. I couldn't get the menus to expand at all before, but after 2 clean uninstalls + reinstalls, I was somehow able to get it working when I hover over the names. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
